Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.


BeeWell Herbals products are crafted as ingestible herbal goods, and for safety and quality reasons, all sales are final once opened.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@beewellherbals.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item(s) received

We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

Unopened Items

 

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
